Our goal is simple: be the most accurate, useful source on the watches people see on screen and in the news.
Independence
- We choose what to cover and what to recommend independently. Brands can’t pay for coverage or for a positive identification.
- Affiliate commissions never decide which watch we identify, which alternatives we suggest, or how we rate them. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
- We don’t accept free products in exchange for coverage. If a brand ever loans us a watch to review, we’ll say so in the article.
Accuracy and sourcing
- Identifications follow the process in How We Identify Watches.
- We cite sources at the end of each article and label unconfirmed claims as such.
- We write about public figures’ watches only. We don’t publish private information about anyone.
- Homage and affordable alternatives are legitimate watches with their own branding. We never recommend replicas or counterfeits.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Email [email protected] or use our contact form with the page link and the correction. We review every request, update the article when the evidence supports it, and note significant corrections in the article.
Updates
Articles are reviewed and updated as new films, sightings and sales happen. The date at the top of each article shows when it was last updated.
